Response Email Issue

Hello,

First things first :). Thanks for the great effort and time you guys have put forward into this splendid open source.

Would you guys look into a minor issue that i am facing. While testing - the URL send, notifying the client about the new ticket, does not separates the '.com'. Please check out below what i mean. The dot doesn't appear.

Any idea what the cause might be : ?

That's odd. have you checked to ensure that the URL is entered correctly in Admin Panel > Settings > Helpdesk URL?

Does the system appear to be formatting other URLs correctly?

Yeah i had double checked before posting. But no worries now, the issue was solved after i started using my smtp to send mails rather than the default PHP mail function.

Anyways thanks for considering it.
