Receiving e-mail delay

I have configured pop3 mail and using cron

When the customer opens a web ticket at shortly time receive a reply with the number of ticket.

When the customer sends an e-mail, until the administrator enters osTicket no console, no response is sent to the customer or the message is received on the console.

Cron Something is wrong?

It sounds like you're using auto cron instead of an actual cron job.

If you have a real cron job set up, verify that it's working/running without error and that enable auto-cron is unchecked (it won't hurt to have it checked, but may make it more difficult to troubleshoot problems with any running cron jobs).
