Hi
I have a problem whereby a ticket can be created and an attachment as large as 750MB can be successfully uploaded but when the staff attempt to right click the file and 'Save as' they see the following error:
Unable to download attachment.php from .....
Unable to open this Internet site....
I only get this email with very large files, those typically under 250MB are OK. I have checked that the file are in the folder setup to store the attachments and they are there....
osTicket is installed on Server 2003 running iis6 and PHP 5.2.5
Does anyone have any thoughts as to the problem?
