For the sake of testing out the software like i always do I made a few test tickets. But when I'm in the staff panel where it says tickets, I can see I have 4 open tickets and 1 in my tickets. But everytime I click on one of those it wont open. Whats wrong?
But if I'm outside the admin panel I can view the tickets perfectly but I can't close them or anything.
