Translate ticket status "Open" and "Closed"

Hi.

How do I change status "Open" and "Closed" to another language?

Would really appreciate the help.

The status are saved in the database in the field ticket_priority -> priority_desc.

You also have here the color of each priority.

Thank you for your reply. What im looking for is to translate "Open" and "Closed" status and not the priority. Where in the database can I find that?

Oups, sorry

The 'open' and 'closed' are directly used in the php files so it's a bit more difficult to translate.

Look for those files :

\include\ticket.class.php

\include\client\tickets.inc.php

\include\staff\tickets.inc.php

\include\staff\newticket.inc.php

Thank you. To not screw the system up I decided it was better to leave it as is then to edit the code in so many places.
