wysiwyg or html format on incoming tickets and replies

Hi all,

I´ve been going throug all the mods and I wasn´t able to find an answer.:

I am looking for a good ticket system for our company and is very important that the system has to be able to receive the emails without striping the tags and also has to be able to send.

Does anyone knows how to instal WYSIWYG or something similar?

Hi OSTicket team, it is a wonderful piece of software and would make much more sense if we can have the WYSIWYG editor as well for new ticket form. Please let me know if the same is possible through some plugin, etc or also, if you can tell us how to achieve the same by changing the code.

Please revert asap.
