I am interested in upgrading to the latest version from 1.6 RC5, but I have no urgent need because everything is mostly working fine for my simple needs. (I only have a few clients.) There are some features in the new release I would like though; however, I have so many mods and customizations, that I am concerned that it would be a mess to upgrade.
Unfortunately, I didn't document everything that I did--I don't even remember all the mods I added! :
One of the main things (being a web designer) that I would like to retain is the custom .css styling and graphic files that I created. Would that just copy over or stay in the same directory?
Also, is it true that the latest version allows users to log in with UID and PW? Or actually, could I require users to log in with UID and PW before logging a ticket? Right now I have the system protected by .htaccess to keep spammers out, but that makes my users have to log in twice to view their tickets. (This may be two topics in one post--sorry.)
I really don't have time to go through this installation and customization all over again. Is there anyone out there who could see what I have and perform the upgrade for a reasonable fee? If so, please reply or PM me.

BTW, some of the things I know I have are
* ability to add more than one attachment
* I think I added multiple departments (but that might be standard--I'm not sure)
* Forgot Ticket Number
* Changed text on several pages (help, main (index) page, others)
* Changed "Help Topic" dropdown to "Company" on new ticket form for customer
* ???
