Tickets can be created via email, online forms or phone (created by staff). Flexible configuration and mapping.
How can i do this? Need a contact form on my website connectec to osTicket.

If you just go to the base of your installation, you should see the customer login page where there is a "Open new ticket" button. You are probably going to something like tickets.domain.ext/scp Instead go to tickets.domain.ext
