How to give a URL link in Autoresponse Email Template

Help!!

I am unable to provide a URL link in the Autoresponse Email Template.

Here is what I did:

Admin Panel> Email> Templates> Opened the osTicket Default Template & added a url (pasted the link) & Saved.

Now, when I view the dashboard, its showing me an error

TEMPLATE FETCH ERROR

Unable to fetch autoresponse template #0

Please Help

Here's the string I used to create a valid URL in my "New Ticket Alert" email template for staff to go directly to that ticket....

%url/scp/tickets.php?id=%id

I suggest you once again verify the settings of E-mail template and add URL.
