Hello.
I have now installed osticket on a webhotel for my company. Everything works fine exept pop3 fetching.
I have enabled cron on the admin page and setup the mailing settings for the support@. This is from the same company as the webhotel but different server.
The mail config is right with, username, password, server and port. The cron script says nothing. And syslog in admin panel says nothing about error. But the mails still remains in the mailbox and are not imported as tickets. Any idea on how i can read som logs or something from ostickets, enable debug mode or whatever? :-)
I would love to have this func working. The product is lovely on everything else...
