Hi, I apologize if this has been discussed before, but I did try to search and failed at it, since I am not really sure what my exact problem is.. Hopefully this is just a minor mistake on my part, and is fixable..
So I logged into my admin control panel in my osTicket, and I created three new departments, and deleted the original two that came with osTicket, as they weren't needed by me. Now my problem is, that even though I successfully created the three new departments, and it shows up in my admin section, when my visitors go to create a new ticket (referring to open.php), it shows Help Topic: and the departments it shows are the original ones that came with osTicket, not the ones I've created. So all that is able to be selected is Billing and Support.
Is there any way I can get it to display the three departments that I have created?
