After installing and configuring the site (which is absolutely fantastic for our purposes) I noticed the "Knowledge Base" area doesn't actually let you put in "Best Solutions" that Staff can review for help on issues.
Is there a MOD out there where this can be added into the site? Does anyone have this implemented that is willing to 'open source' it so others can utilize it?
