I set and get working osticket. There is only one problem I can't figure out. Tickets opened via e-mail piping looks ugly if there is a utf-8 character in subject or/and body (For example, Turkish chars like ş,ğ,ı,ç,ö...). Can you please help me?
(FYI, I'm using gmail to send test emails. And this problem doesn't occur on tickets opened via web, so this should be a pipe related problem.)
