instead of default php smtp setting why we can't set up new smtp through the Cpanel

Hi,

This is to informed all that, we can't use smtp setting in Admin panel to set up new smtp setting(it takes some time and after that give error-page can not be displayed error 500 http)

this feature is coming by default with php, but this is not enough if your server support SSL. due to that it should be given the option when you set up the pop3 setting.

so please give us the solution for this,
