For a small company it would be useful to let a user be in more than one dept.
I know they can access other depts tickets if you allow them to, but they don;t get the alerts for new tickets in other depts. For instance I have several people win several depts, but all can access a feedback dept, now I want all to get the alert on new feedback tickets, currently I can't do this (at least I think I can't)
