sorry for this long delay but I didn't check the forum since my announcement
the translation took me long time because you have to translate all the sentences inside the code (php and sql).
if you want to check how much work does it cost, try to do a diff comparison between latest osTicket official release and latest osTicket I have released.
IMHO, for next release of official osTicket, it could be better to separate completely all messages in external archives for easy localization (same as wordpress)
