Hi i am currently running the version v1.6 RC5 and want to upgrade to the latest version but i have held off doing so because i am afraid i will loose everything.....

I have totally customized my osticket and dont want to loose it so i was wondering if someone could tell me step my step on how to upgrade and what files and folders need to be uploaded....

is says not to overite the ostconfig.php but i dont see no file named that

if someone could help me that would be great....
