HI,
I haev set up several email address (such as support@, feedback@) and noticed in the settings preferences you select a default email template, implying you can have multiple email templates.
I'd love to be able to have a different template for the feedback and billing addresses than for the support ones. However I can;t see how to create more templates.
Am I being stupid and missing something, or is this an option for future releases?
