I have the following issue:
John Doe is a CSR who has created a ticket and assigned it to someone else in the company. John Doe wants to look at all of the tickets he has created. John Doe does a search for his name "John Doe" without quotes (using both basic and FULLTEXT search) but not all of the tickets with his name on them show up, only certain ones.
So basically I want to know if there is a way to search EVERY single word in the ticket when doing a search - OR - a way of sorting tickets by who created them.
