Hi,
if i select a premade answer, i get a not recognizable character at the first position, so that this answer cannot be processed by OsTicket. If i delete this character by hand, all is ok. The database entry is alright, i think the charater appears somewhere in the ajax session.
Charset in php files is set to UTF-8, also in mysql.
I use the the german translation from this forum.
I tried using trim() at the php and javascript functions that are processing this text. No change.
The character cannot be copied and pasted to other applications.
Never seen this before.
Does anyone have an idea to this issue?
