I´m using: Version: 1.6 ST
My problem:
if someone starts a thread via e-mail this seems good. I get the new ticket. When I answer everything works properly. So far, all good. The problem is that I want my customers to respond via email and the answer will add to the existing thread (identified by ticket id) ...
How do I get this??

Then the system are able to track ID numbers...
