First install page fine... then blank!

Hi Guys,

Hope this is a quick fix, I have managed to get to the first install page, i fill in all the details only to hit install and the next page is just blank white....

Any ideas?

That is exactly what the problem was... I now have an error to do with e-mail, I want it to go looking for mail, when I set it up it says IMAP does not exist!

Glad to hear the suggestion worked...

I'm afraid I use the "email piping" method... Our company email uses domino servers (lotus notes), not "nice" POP/IMAP email....

If you need a hand with piping I will certainly try to help...

Hi I too have encountered the same problem.

The operating system windowsXP SP3

I have installed mysql version mysql-5.1.48-win32.

Installed php-5.3.2-nts-Win32-VC9-x86

Configured the php.ini file.

Configured IIS with default default website --> properties-->Homedirectory--> configuration-->add edit application extension mapping --->

since the php5isapi.dll was not available in the php installation zip file the same was copied from the 5.2 version.

then logged on to http://localhost/helpdesk/setup(http://localhost/helpdesk/setup)

the first page opened up with configuration info

after i click submit the page is blank

Request help to solve this problem.
