[Reply] Original ticket

Hi,

I have a question. Is it possible to send the original ticket text in the reply?

So when i reply on a ticket(in the ticketsystem) it sends an mail to the person who made the ticket. In that mail i want to print the original ticket text.

Is that possible ? :)
