I am trying to install osticket on my Apache server on Ubunutu Laptop. I have installed Apache, Mysql & PHP5. When I go to localhost/support/setup in firefox the page loads a blank screen and a box pops up saying
You have chosen to open which is a PHTML file What should Firefox do with this file?
Any ideas?
