For some reason, both the Staff and Admin functions are just fine as is (of course) the login functionality for the staff and admin but the client side does not work. It comes up with "Internal Server Error." I have been able to create a new ticket through the Staff interface, so it doesn't seem that it's a rights issue but maybe, instead, a missing file or a path problem (such as a variable not being properly defined)??? I've done a full reload (with overwrite) of all the files via FTP to see if that made any difference. Alas, the problem still exists.
PHP is most definitely not my strong suit, so be gentle. ;-)
