How can you reply to a ticket from an email

Are you able to reply to a created ticket via a email client?

If so how do i set this up.

since adding this post i have found a post about piping but i still cant get the email from the client to post back to osticket. can someone please help

I have been working through the Email-Piping - osTicket Wiki and have got the osTickets system to receive the email ok but now i am getting this error in the client email even tho i get the correct email saying ( Message Added) in the subject line but also get a second email with the following error. Anyone able to help?

This is a PHP configuration error, not an osTicket bug. I would recommend contacting your web host for support. The command line interpreter can be compiled and configured with different permissions and settings from the apache module, and that looks to be the case here. Where and how you change those permissions will vary depending on your web host's setup.
