E-mail Message Location

Hopefully, this is a simple question, but I'm just having a hard time finding the files that control:

* The content of e-mails that are sent to people.

* The people who get e-mail upon ticket changes. For example, which files contain the list of who gets e-mailed when an internal note is posted or the high cause is changed.

Well I'm about 3 weeks late here but I believe this information is all within the database entries not the files themselves. Which probably explains why you can't find them in any of the files ;)

I can confirm this tomorrow when I'm back in front of my work PC.
