Thanked firstly I would like all the people of this forum, and that has helped me to get familiar enough with Os tickets. ;)
1. I created a new status called "bills."
I added a new icon and I have posted on -> upload \ scp \ tickets.php
$ Nav-> addSubMenu (array ('desc' => 'Billed ('. $ Stats .')',' title '=> Billed Tickets'
As I get my tickets appear for that status?
2.You know how I can I would like to add one new action to change the status to "checked" and save me when the date changed.
