I am new to Osticket.
I have encountered trouble while using Captcha. I have unabled the use of Captcha from admin/settings.
Captcha is working when user is opening ticket for first time.
But when user is already logged in and tires to open a fresh ticket, the error message flashes
"unable to create a ticket. Please correct errors below and try again!"
After lot of efforts we found that this error goes "off" (and system allows the client to open a fresh ticket) only when the "Captcha is turned OFF from admin/settings.
Please help me asap
