I created an API and authorized a fixed IP, well.
I have the web in an external internet provider, now I would to download pop3 email every 5 or 10 minutes, but I dont know the use of cron.
With the system by Cerberus I send a ping to a specific page, but with cron in osticket I dont know, please help me.
