well, all that means is that the osTicket system can no longer access the MySql data base. This is a real easy fix on your part though.
First, do you have the ability to open and configure .html or .php files? And do you know how to access you site files either through and ftp or through goDaddy?
If the answer is yes to both then do the following:
1. access your site files through an ftp or goDaddy dashboard.
2. find the folder named "include" and open it
3. In the "include" folder, you will find a file named "ost-config.php".
4. Open the file named "ost-config.php" in your .html editor
5. Once you have it open, simply go down to the section named "#Mysql Login info" and change the password information for the data base to what you now have.
6. Then save the file and reupload it making sure to overwrite the current document.
If you need any help with any of this I'll be more than happy to do it for you. I've been a web master for over 5 years and know what I'm doing. You can contact me via email at caa21aa@yahoo.com. I live in Texas and have clients all over the US.
Hope this helps!
