I am not a PHP expert but has some knowledge. Installed Osticket ticketing system and understood how it works. Wanted to implement the same in our institute.
But the requirement is in the new ticket form wanted to include "staff no" also as input from users. It is a 4 digit no .
Hence if I get the code for this which I have can insert in open.inc.php with validation for numeric data, it will ge grateful.
Pls help.
