I am having a hard time finding the piece of code that sends alerts to the staff when the ticket is created by a staff. Its not sending the message description to the assigned staff. I believe this should be somewhere in the create function of class.ticket.php. Can someone help me identify this piece of code? so that I can check the %message variable in that alert
