Hi everybody,
I´m customising osTicket for my company. I´m looking for a Mod that adds some kind of working status, like 'working' , 'waiting for reply' , 'canceled' or 'solved'.
Admin or Dept. Manager must see this Working Status in Overview. The assigned Staff Member must be able to set the status either inside his personal overview by using a drop down list or by using the edit ticket function (the same way like changing the priority).
I´m requesting this Mod, because I´m an absolute newbie with php and mysql. Most of the mods i found inside this forum worked perfect for me (thanx a lot to the guys who build these Mods!!! Great Work !!!), but i didn´t found any solution for my specefic problem.
I hope that someone is able to help me with this problem !!!
