Hi everyone,
This problem has been reported multiple times of which I tried all solutions but sadly this didn't solve the problem I am experiencing. After clicking the ticket link to see the status (Which is sent to a customer), the blank page appears. When I open up the main page (/support) en click on Ticket Status, the same blank page appears. Filling in the e-mail and ticket ID in the main page produces the same.
Is anyone having the same problem, or a solution?
