Why doesn't system know I am logged in?

When I go here

/crm/scp/tickets.php?a=open

I have to enter my email and Name --- Why is that?

I understand as the customer needs to when they submit a ticket to begin with -- but why if already logged in, the system cannot pull the data for the fields automatically?

Why would you want to? Staff should not be creating tickets for themselves. This is a part of the staff interface to manually create tickets for your customers, such as issues reported via phone or e-mail to an address outside of the system that needs to be addressed in a ticket.
