Hi, we are using OsTicket for 2 months now. As we test it, Our Department Head suggest:

"Is there a way to create queues — separate domains for ticket creation each client?"

For Example:

-- Billing

-- HR

-- Technical Support

and so on...

and is it possible for creating new ticket to have a fixed drop - down subjects?
