Line Breaks

Not sure if this has been covered before, couldn't find anything. Loving OsTicket, fantastic stuff.. However it seems to have a problem with line breaks. Is this a known issue? They get removed from emails which makes them difficult to read.

Hello,

I was having the same problem and the issue got resolved when I downloaded the patch from (thread) (at the bottom of the page - you need to be logged in)
