I have just installed OST. It's nice an simple, which is what I was after, but I need a few features added. Can somebody please quote me on the mods below? Some things are already dealt with in previous posts, I am no programmer, and my partner who is a programmer is tied up.
I would just expect the mods done to a clean installation.
Show "last updated by" column (so you know if the customer has replied at a glance):

Client see's all tickets for their entire domain

This is something I need, but I think with the addition on a password or something, as if 2 people used a hotmail, then they would see each others tickets.
We should be able to give a company 1 generic password, that will allow them to login and see all tickets by all members of staff. So, their domain (or any email in their domain) + password allows them to see all tickets raised by staff in their company.
I envisage the login screen to have 3 options: Enter email and ticket number or password. Or domain and password, something along those lines, I am open to ideas.
Filter by other members within their company (sharing their domain name) - from client portal: On the note above, once a customer has logged in, they should be able to see all tickets raised within their company, or filter to only see their own.

To show an email column from the main ticket list page next to the person's name (showing the customer's email address)
Filter tickets by staff member (i.e. see other staff members tickets, or your own)
