I'm testing the osTicket system in order to see if it suits to our company needs. System looks great but I'm missing one key feature.
I would like the user to be able to see the communication history at the reply mail sent by the staff. At this moment the client only sees the latest answer and has to access the osticket client interface to see the communication history.
How could I implement the communication history to the reply mail?
