Yesterday I wanted to modify the title of a premade reply and kept getting an error message and the modification just wouldn't take.
So, I created a duplicate premade reply with the changed title that I wanted. However, I found that I couldn't delete or even disable the original premade reply. More errors, but because I was in a hurry to be somewhere else, I didn't think to make a note of what any of these errors were.
This morning, I was about to reply to a ticket and found that ALL of my premade replies are gone as if they had never existed! That includes the two samples that were there. And when I try create a new premade reply, this is the message I'm getting is:
"Unable to create the reply. Internal error"
Please tell me there is a way to recover the premade replies that were there yesterday! And why can't I create any new ones?
Also, can anyone shed light on WHY I was unable to modify a title of an existing premade reply, delete it or even disable it? What could have caused the errors and how do I prevent this from happening in the future?
I'm using the lastest version of OSTicket 1.6 stable and have been using it for not quite a month.
NOTE: Logged in as Admin and found all these logs which luckily were created yesterday and today to let me know that I needed to repair the ost_kb_premade table because it had crashed. Did that and all my premades have reappeared
