Hello,
when osTicket needs to send an email to give the ticket# on a newly created support ticket, or when osTicket needs to advertise the user of a new reply on his question, it takes several hours before the email arrives.
When someone sends an email to support@mycompany, the admin is immediately advertised of a new ticket.
But it takes very long for this someone to receive a confirmation mail with ticketID.
I use the php mail() function for sending out mails from osTicket.
Anyone knows why it takes osTicket so long to send out the confirmation mail ??
