Notification closedate Date

I want to know if somebody uses close the in the notification module I have problem when I use cause when get the notification it’s not appear de date close ( %closedate) Date closed ,By other hand I create a notification when the ticket is close, when it’s happened I received the notification with the status OPEN; but the ticke its close.

I will appreciate that somebody helps me.
