I have only the option to use php mail, I send mail from this server, but there is no way to setup anything. The only option for send mail is use php.
Since no one gets email, it is pretty important to fix this. It is a new install.

In Admin Panel > Settings > Email Settings, there are two dropdowns to select what addresses various alerts come from: "Outgoing Alert Emails" and "Default System Email". In each of these, select "None: Use PHP mail function"
