Customizing the look of osTicket

Hey, guys.

I am really new to osTicket and I was wondering what the best way to customize the look of osTicket is. I am trying to implement this script for the Tennessee State Guard. The TNSG is an all-volunteer branch of the Military Department of Tennessee. I want to give osTicket a more "military" look. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
