The installation of OsTicket was perfect, but when I try to put OsTicket Online I always receive the message "Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request".
I receive the same message even when I click on the "save" button in the tab Preferences with the status Offline.
One or some of my settings must be wrong. How can I check if my settings are misconfigurated and witch one.
Is there a help file for the screen "preferences" and how the settings in this page must be configured.
