Everything works fin, except for the user never gets the e-mail with the support tick

Everything works fine, except for the user never gets the e-mail with the support ticket so the end result is they are unable to see any update(s), how can I fix this or is there a way that you only need to enter an e-mail address and a password they make up?

First, check the instructions in the wiki to ensure you have outgoing email configured correctly.
