I have an issue with the ticket creation times being completely wrong than the actual system time. I have tried modifying the php.ini file with no success. The most frustrating part is that the time is correct withing the settings menu. In researching this issue within the forum, I have seen a number of posts from people with the same issue, but with no solution. Is there a solution for this issue, what are the files that contain the time/date stamps within osticket? Has anyone else found a solution that works. I am running this on a Centos server. Please help.
