I've have installed OSticket 1.6 on Debian 5 and have been running it for close to a week now.
We receive an average of 1000 tickets per day using this system but ive realized that Auto-response for new email tickets are being delayed for about 10-20mins to be sent to the requesting person. All mails are fetched from Zimbra using POP3 and sent through SMTP. Mail fetching is working OK but sometimes i have to refresh. I guess the system gets overwhelmed sometimes.
How can i speed up the sending process?
