I recently setup new hosting on Mediatemple from godaddy (a great move BTW) and installed osticket, added emails, users, etc. I setup IMAP for fetching and SMTP for outgoing. I added a cron-job on the server per the post-installation instructions
For some reason, the auto-reply email that says something like:
A request for support has been created and assigned ticket #509206. A repre=
sentative will follow-up with you as soon as possible.

BUT it gets bounced back to my support@ email as (which it also creates a new ticket for):

XXXXX above was just to hide my personal email...
What doesnt make any sense is it allows me to send out the reply through osticket and it gets delivered. It seems like its only the initial autoresponse that telsl the customer a ticket# that bounces back
Anyone have this problem?
